Updrilled pivot block, doubler and rib with #29 drill for #6 screws.
Squared up flanges on the RH inboard forward folding rib #5.
Drilled doubler plate and W19-04/05 bracket holes to #40. Countersunk doubler plate hole with #40 pilot cutter. Cleco'd doubler, rib, and brackets and updrilled holes with 1/8" bit.
Installed CCC-42 and CCC-44 rivets.
The -42 rivets used on just the doubler/rib assembly were still loser than when using the regular CCP-42 rivets. Had only 2 mandrals break above the rivet this time. Might try a #31 drill (next size smaller then 1/8) next time.
Installed pivot block and channel assy, torqued nylon lock nuts to 8 lb-in.
In picture #1, the completed RH inboard forward assy is aligned with the outboard assy using 1/4" bolts through the fabrication guide holes. As seen in pic 2 & 3, the inboard paddle is about 1/8" too tall to pass through the outboard doubler. This might not be a problem if the normal paddle travel does not go that far, but I'll check with Sonex.
